1. Who these terms are between

These Terms govern your use of MVP Royale, a product operated by the individual identified in the site’s legal notice (the “Operator”). Contact the Operator at support@mvproyale.com. The Operator’s legal name, service address and governing-law notice will be published before paid ordering opens. Until then, checkout remains disabled.

2. What MVP Royale does

MVP Royale scans public product pages, prepares an editable product profile, pairs comparable products in blind 1‑to‑1 matchups, and collects a choice with a reason. Public pages may include product descriptions, logos, page captures, aggregated findings, rankings and version history.

A ranking is an estimate based on accepted research signals. It is not a certification, endorsement, guarantee of sales, traffic, search ranking, domain rating or product quality.

3. Accounts and ownership

You must be at least 18 to buy a paid Arena Run. You may sign in with Google or GitHub. You are responsible for activity under your account and must tell us promptly if access is compromised.

Submit only a product you own, operate or are authorised to represent. We may require a link from the product to its MVP Royale profile or another proportionate ownership check before publication or payment.

4. Product scans and publication

By submitting a URL, you ask us to retrieve public pages with automated browser tools and AI models. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, crop and publish the product’s public logo, page captures and text as needed to run the profile, matchup and report. You keep ownership of your product and materials.

You confirm or correct the generated draft. We may hold, edit, reject or remove a submission for safety, accuracy, rights, quality or category reasons. A public profile and dofollow link appear only after editorial review and enough useful original material exists. Payment never buys a link.

5. Fair feedback

One person may answer only the matchups assigned to that session. Each accepted choice needs a reason. We may reject or discount duplicate, automated, purchased, coordinated, conflicted, implausibly fast or otherwise unreliable activity. Public totals can lag while checks run.

Feedback may be positive, neutral or negative. We do not promise a favourable result or a particular opponent. We may moderate personal attacks, unsupported accusations, private information and off-topic text without changing the underlying choice.

6. Paid Arena Runs

A paid Arena Run starts at $5 and purchases a stated number of accepted independent First Look sessions plus the features shown before checkout. A larger order keeps the submitted revision eligible for more qualified matchups over a longer period. It does not buy votes, sentiment, rank, an opponent, a public position, an external normal link or an advertisement. An owner may add another one-time target after delivery; MVP Royale does not hold a transferable wallet balance or require a subscription.

A larger whole-dollar budget may include the volume bonus displayed before checkout. Funded sessions and included bonus sessions form one accepted-session target and follow the same quality, delivery and refund rules. We do not replace a bonus session with an impression or a rejected answer.

Checkout opens only after ownership and moderation checks. Category size is not a checkout condition. When no fair opponent is available, the Arena Run may wait without consuming its purchased target. The collection window and refund treatment for undelivered sessions are shown before payment.

Checkout is provided by Creem, which acts as Merchant of Record for the purchase, collects payment, issues the buyer invoice and handles applicable indirect tax. We receive order and fulfilment data, not full card details. Creem’s buyer terms also apply to the payment.

Sponsored positions are separate monthly subscriptions tied to one published product. The selected plan, monthly price, limited inventory and renewal terms are shown before Creem opens. A subscription may increase how often the product is eligible for an ordinary fair matchup, but it never changes an answer, accepted-signal rule, organic score, Top place or category order. Results can still move down. Sponsored links are labelled and qualified; payment does not buy a dofollow link.

Promotion subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. A scheduled cancellation keeps the paid placement through the current period and stops the next charge. Each product has its own subscription, slot and renewal date; cancelling one product does not affect another product on the same account. Live subscription checkout remains disabled until Creem separately approves the advertising product.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may rate-limit, suspend or close access needed to stop abuse, protect participants, comply with law or preserve fair results.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service fast and useful, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents or providers outside our control. Features, matching rules and prices may change prospectively. A material change to these Terms will be announced on the site and, where practical, by email before it takes effect.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MVP Royale is provided without a promise that findings are complete or suitable for a particular business decision. The Operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or a third-party product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited or your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending use and disputes

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may preserve records needed for security, disputes, tax or legal duties. Governing law, the Operator’s identity and the competent consumer-dispute contact will be completed before paid launch; mandatory protections of your home country still apply where the law requires them.
