How a product will earn a permanent followed link
Submissions and editorial review are not open yet. When they are, a useful report can link to the product it checked after the domain and page are reviewed. The link belongs to the report, not the checkout receipt.
What we check first
Free and paid reports go through the same review. Paying for sessions does not skip it.
- The domain is real
- The product site links to its exact MVP Royale page. Any sensible
relvalue is accepted. We do not inspect whether the link passes ranking credit. - The report is useful
- It includes findings tied to the page or captured screen. A rewritten product description and a logo are not enough.
- A person reviews it
- You can correct factual mistakes. An editor checks the report, product category, destination URL, and wording before the page can be indexed.
- One link is enough
- One domain gets one normal followed link on its main report. New versions and 1v1 pages link back to that report. “Dofollow” is common shorthand; in HTML it simply means the link has no
nofollowattribute.
What payment will and will not buy
Pricing is not final. When paid collection opens, money may buy more independent sessions, faster collection, or a useful split between versions. It will not buy another external link, a heavier vote, a score adjustment, a guaranteed position, or a suspiciously flattering result.
More sessions can make a report more useful because more people tried the task. The public page still shows the sample size, method, uncertainty, and whether the owner paid for collection. Accepted outcomes may move the evidence estimate up or down under the same rules as every other accepted session.
The widget brings in sessions, not search credit
The planned widget will show current results, link to the source report, and invite visitors into the reviewer pool. A visitor will never be sent back to that same product. A completed task for someone else, not the widget installation, can earn the referring product another session.
The widget includes a normal followed source link by default; a publisher may change it to nofollow. The same referral bonus applies either way. That keeps the reward tied to a real contribution, not an anchor-text trade dressed up as feedback.
Permanent, with one sensible asterisk
MVP Royale can recheck the destination and product category. A link can be held or removed after a domain sale, unsafe redirect, made-up results, or a prohibited product change. A normal product update does not erase the old report; it adds a dated version to the history.
These rules are being published before submissions open so nobody can confuse a payment with a bought follow link later.
